Verdict

Morozov Cocktail scored at Wetherby on Boxing Day when LOUGH SALT, who was a 40/1 chance, unseated halfway round. The latter then landed a 66/1 shock at Doncaster and was very impressive on a return visit for which he's been raised 14lb. Morozov Cocktail returned to form at Hexham last time while Rapid Raider, who completed a hat-trick in Class 5 company at the backend of last year, has continued to run well at that level and was narrowly beaten here last time. Scottish Accent ran in a much higher-grade handicap last time, when Chanting Hill pulled up, but had won a Class 4 handicap at Kelso in January and is only 2lb higher. The latter had also been in winning form previously and isn't out of this while Devour made a fair debut over fences at Perth.
