        Verdict

        Peace Prevails returned a ready winner at Yarmouth and should go well again despite a 5lb rise. Cross My Mind disappointed at Newbury carrying 6lb extra for an earlier success at Windsor while Chantresse went close at Yarmouth before finishing a modest fourth at Redcar and is still preferred to Southwell winner Dream Serenade. But SPECIAL MISSION (NAP) was beaten less than a length over 1m2f at Lingfield and with this extra distance likely to suit Sir Mark Prescott’s filly, she looks the one to beat.
