In depth
Verdict
A particularly weak contest that will take little winning and a tentative vote goes to Penny Ha'penny. The three-year-old was disappointing last time when the soft ground was against her and she is better judged on her effort when a close runner-up in a similar heat over this trip at Beverley last month. Feeling Blue and Playful Dane both finished behind on that occasion and there is no reason why either can reverse the form while both Valuable Gift and Uproar may find this on the sharp side.
