      Verdict

Scots Sonnet was still beaten a long way when runner-up here last time and the three-year-olds make more appeal. Munhamek made a winning start at Kempton last month but is penalised today while Bataar has been gelded since finishing fourth here in November. Gylo and Alnasherat step up from 6f and both should be noted for any strong support in the betting but CONAGLEN is forgiven for struggling in a tougher race at Doncaster last time and gets the vote on a neck defeat over track and trip on his earlier debut. The newcomer Siglo Six is a half-brother to a winner on the all-weather and represents an in-form yard.
