In depth

Verdict

Cornerback can return to form at the principal expense of Cute N You Know It and Camelia Walk. The selection looked useful when obliging at Wetherby earlier in the season but put up a stinker at Sedgefield on heavy ground. It is worth taking the chance that the ground was completely culpable and we believe that compensation awaits here. Cute N You Know It ran a career best at Kelso but might be unsuited if the ground dries out. Camelia Walk represents a yard that are firing in winners left, right and centre and therefore cannot be ruled out. Riverbank Rainbow dotted up at Uttoxeter last May in a mares' bumper and is one to note if the market speaks in her favour. Ellerslie Ali is bred to need a trip so the decision to head to this trip looks a wise one on paper. Plenty of potential broodmares on view and Cornerback looks best of those to have seen the racecourse thus far.
