Verdict
RUBYTWO is the most likely winner of this but has been very expensive to follow over hurdles so far so isn’t a confident selection. Shantou Street has a similar rating and is less exposed having placed twice at Sedgefield this season. Esme Shelby, a recruit from the pointing ranks, wouldn’t need to be anything special to make a winning start under Rules and Miss Mahmite also tackles hurdles for the first time having finished third in a Hereford bumper last month.
