    Verdict

This is the second time that SEE EMILY PLAY has made the journey from Newmarket to the north-east, having stayed on nicely enough under hands and heels riding to claim fourth spot in a mile maiden here last October. That run came on soft ground which she appeared to handle well, experience that can prove decisive now. The Galileo filly seems sure to appreciate the half mile step-up in trip and can deliver before moving into handicap company. Agadir Summer is already proven over a mile and a half and the Cape Cross filly should come into her own as a four-year-old after just three career starts when displaying enough ability to suggest she can pick up an ordinary maiden. She's an obvious threat. Nice Rose showed up quite well on debut when fourth at Wolverhampton over this trip to enter the equation, especially as many Johnston three-year-olds make significant progress from their initial racecourse experience.
