        Verdict

        Rated 93, DROGON looks the one to beat in this modest company despite dropping down to 6f for the first time. Tom Dascombe’s colt made all to win over 7f at Haydock in July and has subsequently gone close at Chester carrying a penalty. Liquid Lunch looks next best but has plenty to find with the selection on these terms and the others with experience have yet to shown any worthwhile form. High Contrast is a half-brother to a couple of winners and preferred to Tuscarora Deep of the newcomers.
