Spring Fling never figured in a Listed race last time and is 4lb higher than when scoring at Haydock before that when Sir Billy Wright finished third. But SPANISH CITY returned from a lay-off with a course and distance success last month and though upped in class for this, Roger Varian’s colt looks progressive enough to make another bold bid.
