In depth
Verdict
Hidden Story made a promising start on soft ground at Nottingham and started favourite for a Newmarket maiden but ran poorly on quicker going. Godolphin also run Rayat, who did well to get up for a dead-heat at Wolverhampton after running green and suffering interference. The latter has a penalty to carry as does the three-year-old BEAR ON THE LOOSE (NAP), who made a promising debut at Lingfield before a convincing victory on soft ground at Yarmouth. He gets the nod though Unlimited will have come on for his Doncaster run and Mambo Sunset ran well at Carlisle.
