Verdict

Ballybolley completed a double on good ground back in October but was pulled-up in testing going at Haydock last time. Special Wells is upped in class off a higher mark as he bids for a treble on the back of his latest success at Wetherby while Gold Opera is another facing a tougher task after placing at Ayr. CARALINE had been struggling for form until posting a better effort in this grade at Sedgefield last month. Racing off the same mark here, she’s preferred to Mister Spingsprong, without a win since 2014, and Micky Hammond’s mare gets the nod.
