Vine de Nada drifted badly in the closing stages at Beverley last week but just held on to defeat the re-opposing Lily Rules by a short-head. It would be no surprise if the latter improved enough to reverse running today. M'SELLE won on her racecourse debut at Lingfield in good style and ran well again when finding only the previous Brocklesby runner-up, Vodka Time, too good at Newmarket. Ron Harris' filly looks to have an easier task in this and can return to winning ways. Eastern Impact looks nothing special on breeding but his yard won this with the subsequently useful Lily's Angel in 2011 and the newcomer is worth noting in the betting.
