Verdict

Traveller hasn’t won since 2017 though was placed over track and trip last time while Colonel Slade went close in a selling race at Leicester and has undergone wind surgery since. Jazz Hands finished runner-up over a longer trip at Musselburgh while Top Offer returned a 20/1 winner at Yarmouth and has won off a higher mark here in the past. But TROOP is still improving judged on last month’s placed effort at Ripon on only his second outing of the year. He should be spot on for this and Ann Duffield’s grey gets the vote.
