Verdict
Tadreej came out just the best at Chelmsford last time but is penalised for that success and Tulip Fields has the edge on today’s terms. The latter has placed in all four outings so far including over a mile here last time and the above pair set a decent standard. But a couple of the newcomers are bred to be useful including Fooraat, a sister to Group 1 winner Benbatl, with John Gosden’s filly MARIA ROSA another worth considering. She cost Godolphin no less than $1.75 million as a half-sister to champion two-year-old and Kentucky Derby hero Nyquist and may well be good enough to make a winning start.
