    Verdict

Mubakker won a handicap over track and trip in taking fashion on his reappearance. The unexposed grey looks worth a try at this level but BRANDO will be hard to beat if back to his best after a pipe-opener at Newmarket. Narrowly beaten at the highest level in France last year, Kevin Ryan’s tough sprinter has every chance on these terms debuting on the all-weather. He’s preferred to stablemate and Listed winner Major Jumbo, who finished behind runner-up Judicial over 5f at Headquarters last time while Chiefofchiefs, Brad The Brief and Harry's Bar all arrive on the back of handicap victories and step up in class. Shabaaby landed a conditions' race over year ago but hasn’t raced since while Dream Shot represents last year’s winning yard and is preferred to stable companion Shimmering Dawn on his third in a Group 3 sprint here at the start of the month.
