        Verdict

        A fantastic race in prospect and with Godolphin saddling three runners, the eye is immediately drawn to Prussian. A winner of five starts for Mark Johnston, she looked in need of the run at Haydock following a layoff and can be anticipated to be much fitter for that outing. Dark Orchid also kept counsel in Dubai during the winter and along with Falls Of Lora, she should be viewed with the utmost respect. At the likely odds, however, we will seek to oppose the trio with RECKONING. Jeremy Noseda is an infrequent visitor to the track but he has gone for local knowledge in the saddle in Paul Mulrennan, and the local rider may just be able to coax the necessary improvement out of the well-bred four-year-old. Any filly from the Hughie Morrison stable is respected at this level and Coquet is no different. Sixth in last year's Oaks, she is likely to have come on significantly for her reappearance at Goodwood.
