        Verdict

        DAAFR made only a modest debut at Newbury a fortnight ago but this is easier. He’ll likely prove popular given John Gosden’s outstanding strike-rate on the Tapeta track here especially with his two-year-old runners. Almufti is another likely to improve along with Amber Spark but Mayfair Spirit failed to show any progress last time. Of the newcomers, Federal Law is a Scat Daddy colt worth a second glance and Kolossus is related to three winners.
