In depth

Verdict

Reconcile made a winning debut over track and trip when getting his head in front in the closing stages. There should be more to come but he’s worse off with the re-opposing WONDERING SPIRIT (NAP), beaten less than a length in third having shown improvement for a wind operation. Kevin Ryan’s filly should be sharper today and can turn the tables in this. Playfull Spirit is getting no closer but Ballyquin is steadily improving and was placed over 7f at Kempton last time. A winner at Yarmouth, Breathtaking Look will appreciate today’s return to 6f with the remaining pair harder to fancy.
