Jim Goldie runs Star Cracker and Brendan, both course and distance winners, with preference just for the latter, who rider can claim 7lb taking his mount down to a very lowly mark. SKYVA (NAP) returned to action at Pontefract but all of his form is on Tapeta here and at Wolverhampton. This is the first time he's been qualified for a 0-55 handicap and he can make it count. Groundworker has two course victories to his credit and will be better for his comeback at Southwell while Oriental Splendour is very well handicapped but has a long absence to overcome and doesn't win often.
