Blue Tomato returned to winning ways last time and might be able to build on that here tonight with African Gift, Yorkshire Blue and Trojan Flight amongst the likely dangers. The selection remains well-handicapped on some of his old form and he ran really well at Yarmouth when Rosapenna beat him by a head before he got the better of Zazous at Goodwood. He is clearly in good heart at present and from his middle draw he might be worth staying on the right side of. African Gift won well last time out but she has a penalty for that victory and in this more competitive affair at likely odds she looks worth taking on. Yorkshire Blue is another last time out winner that could well as he beat Bundy with a little in hand. However his best form is with cut in the ground and he looks opposable on that basis. Trojan Flight remains on a fair mark and has conditions to suit and is sure to run his race but he is becoming hard to win with. Dorn Dancer is game and consistent and with his yard in form he could run well at a price but for the winner we return to Blue Tomato who appears to have plenty in his favour.
