          Verdict

          BOBBY JOE LEG has yet to win a handicap but found only one too good over track and trip last week with Epeius back in third. Ruth Carr’s charge gets the vote to go one better in this. Mansfield has been thereabouts at Wolverhampton looking for his first win on the all-weather while Amazing Grazing finished runner-up over 5f here a fortnight ago and has won over today’s distance before. Lucky Lodge went close at the track before disappointing back here last time while Murdanova should be sharper for a recent comeback having landed a double at Wolverhampton early last year.
