Verdict

Another really interesting contest can go Royal Proposal, who can again benefit from the Kieren Fallon factor to get the better of Chatila and interesting debutante Daanet Al Dunya. The last named is a well-bred type that can be expected to be a popular selection. However, as Godolphin's newcomers have been a mixed bag this term, it might be prudent to see how the on course market speaks about this daughter of Rahy. There has to be the suspicion that she will need a bit further than this. Chatila was a surprise winner on her debut at Newbury but still went about the task in good style. Felicitous, who runs in the 2:40, will give a good indication to the worth of her first start and again a late play is recommended if this daughter of Red Ransom gets your personal vote. However, there can be no denying that Royal Proposal showed guts and determination when she encountered trouble in running on her first start. Fallon was met with a ready response when he switched the daughter of King's Best and had an easy time of things once she asserted her dominance. Her trainer Luca Cumani has Group-race aspirations for Royal Proposal and she can go some way to establishing herself as a leading player today.
