Baryshnikov can’t get much lower in the weights but is on a long losing run, though finished ahead of Hartswood at York. Toshizou is just 1-17 but he’s a consistent sort, though is creeping up the weights again. WARHOL is only 1-16 but soft going clearly suits and, though he’s never raced above Class 4 level previously, he has as good a chance as any in another wide-open handicap. First Officer’s win here in September came on much faster ground and Expressionless and Western Stars were both beaten favourites last time but the much-improved Kamanika has claims again. Mexicali Rose is upped in distance but conditions won’t be an issue.
