Verdict
Innocent Touch landed a Class 4 handicap at Ayr before just failing to hold off Baydar in a better race over this track and trip but steps up again. PASSOVER won four times last summer including at this level at Newbury. He's 10lb higher now but has continued to run well and might just be good enough. Spanish Squeeze showed potential last season but has been a big disappointment in both starts this campaign when well supported. Bayre has won five races, all of them on the all-weather, but Sennockian Star, who last won just over a year ago in a Class 2 at Chester, has failed to take advantage of a slide down the weights though it shouldn't be long before he does.
