Verdict

Will To Win was engaged to run at Goodwood last night. Dorset Blue looked as though he needed another furlong on his debut at Lingfield but will have come on markedly for the experience. Ottoman Court was obviously expected to do better than fifth on his debut at Nottingham as he started long odds-on but never really got going after missing the break. He's on a retrieving mission but John Gosden won this with the classy Calyx a year ago and DAILY TIMES is taken to follow suit. A daughter of first season sire Gleneagles, she's a half-sister to a Grade 1 winning two-year-old in the USA and should have the pace for this. Visinari is a half-brother to a couple of winning juveniles and is another who should be speedy enough.
