      Verdict

War Glory drops back down in trip after finishing second at Windsor but Swift Approval went close over today’s distance at Epsom earlier. Saluti was beaten less than a length over track and trip recently despite finishing only fourth while Maksab is preferred to Zap and Truth Or Dare on an earlier course and distance success though was expected to do better at Ayr last time. GALLIPOLI hasn’t won for over a year but gave notice of a return to form when second in a tough handicap at Newcastle last month. Richard Fahey’s charge can race off the same mark today and is taken to go one better.
