    Verdict

    Outback Traveller continued his good progress when scoring for the second time over track and trip 12 days ago. But he's upped a further 5lb for his trouble, while Sandown winner Captain Bob failed to cope with a 6lb rise last time and is not certain to be suited by this stiff course. Cam Hardie takes over on Expert in the hope his 5lb alllowance brings about some improvement but it could pay to give another chance to GLORIOUS EMPIRE. The latter should be suited by the return to 7f having ran well over a mile at Ascot last time, so Ed Walker's charge gets the nod.
