        Verdict

        George Dryden, Salt Island and Kibaar competed in pattern company at the end of last season and the last-named is closely matched with Felix Leiter on earlier running at York. Wentworth Falls has struggled in this grade since winning at Kempton in December but TICKS THE BOXES (NAP) won a Class 2 sprint at Wolverhampton on his latest start with subsequent winner Dark Side Dream back in third. He may well be good enough in this despite a 4lb higher mark and is preferred to Surewecan, who drops back in trip. Properus and Spiriting are likely improvers.
