A field of exposed sprinters contest the finale and we wouldn't be in a rush to rule any of them out. DRAGON FLAME receives the hopeful vote ahead of Hereford Boy and Canadian Danehill. It's difficult to make a case for Dragon Flame on the evidence of his run at Southwell where he finished a long way behind Figaro Flyer but he may not have handled the surface, has run well here in the past and Mick Quinn's horses are running well. Hereford Boy ran well last time and isn't badly treated these days whilst Canadian Danehill is a standing dish in this sort of race and is also on a fair perch. A trappy contest to finish with Dragon Flame the nomination.
