In depth

Verdict

Finest Sound won at Haydock before struggling in the Royal Hunt Cup at Ascot. Irish Admiral and Beat Le Bon were also well beaten in the same race and the latter had earlier finished second to STUNNING BEAUTY at Doncaster. The Godolphin filly gets another chance in this as she was still blindfolded when the stalls opened at Ascot last time and was quickly pulled-up. Rifleman returns to a mile after a moderate effort over 7f at York while Accidental Agent would prefer some cut in the ground.
