Verdict
Birjand showed plenty of ability to get off the mark over 7f at Yarmouth in maiden company and was far from disgraced over the same trip on her handicap debut. The daughter of Green Desert was rather keen on the latter occasion so the drop back in trip should be in her favour. Effervesce appears high enough in the weights but both Curfew and Toldya are capable of going close in a difficult heat.
