      Verdict

Once again we have plenty of potentailly smart debutante's including Tybalt, Adagio and Mia's Boy, but on this occasion we will side with the once raced Aureate. Mark Johnston's colt was second in a three horse race at Haydock on his debut. On the face of it that doesn't appear that special. However the winner could be quite decent and being by Jade Robbery the selection should much prefer this faster ground. Sir Michael Stoute's Adagio is a 200 thousand guineas son of Grand Lodge. There is a slight doubt about the form of the stable and so he is passed over for that reason. Mia's Boy is from a stable with some smart juveniles and if the money is down we expect a good performance. Tybalt has a smart American pedigree and is from a yard capable of producing first time out winners. All in all this is another tough race to assess but Aureate is expected to improve tremendously on his debut run and he gets the decsision.
