    Verdict

Spangled won a conditions race earlier but is 12lb higher than when successful in a handicap over track and trip at this time last year. Sharaakah has been placed in pattern races this season but has only won a maiden so far and was behind BAHAARAH (NAP) when the latter won over course and distance in August last year. The Hannon filly went very close at Newbury a week ago and gets the nod to go one better. Dawaa faces a tougher task after winning at York recently while Sabrewing could be anything having made a winning start in a maiden at Catterick back in May.
