      Verdict

With not much public form to go on the market should provide the clues here but Costume, Downbeat and Emerald Wilderness look the three most likely to get competitive and the vote is given to Costume. The selection hails from a yard that excels in these type of events and this well-bred Danehill filly certainly looks the most likely winner of this contest. Emerald Wilderness certainly catches the eye on breeding and if there was any money for Mick Channon's colt then it could pay to take the hint. Downbeat is a half-brother to 7f juvenile winner Safe Trip so it would be no surprise to see him go well. Norisan was disappointing on his debut at Goodwood but he is stepped-up in trip today and with the benefit of that experience he might not be far away. This is a race that could prove to be quite informative for the future and for the winner we will nominate Costume.
