Verdict

IMPERIAL EMPEROR has an absence to overcome and a penalty to carry but was a very impressive winner on the Rowley Mile here in the autumn and could make up into a formidable three-year-old. Sniper's Eye has produced a couple of fair runs over 1m2f but Battista will no doubt improve on his debut fourth at Kempton and has more scope.
