    Verdict

    Wahraan won a maiden in soft going at Pontefract having earlier finished runner-up in handicap but he’s 7lb higher today so another chance goes to GLOUCESTERSHIRE. A one-time Derby hopeful, he lost a shoe in Listed company at Sandown on his eventual reappearance and should find this easier. Bill Peyto steps up from 7f for his handicap debut while Songkran hasn’t raced since March and Big Kitten has switched yards since placing at Meydan last year.
