Verdict
The three that head the weights make most appeal here and we'll side with The Dial House. Jamie Osborne's colt ran well on all three starts in maidens over five and six but looked sure to relish the step up to seven furlongs for his nursery bow and was supported into favourite at Kempton. He endured a nightmare passage that night but ran on really well when in the clear and, with better luck this evening, can make amends. Servoca is rated the main danger and was another that attracted heavy support last time out. He was a trifle disappointing but the way the race developed indicates that he'll be better now that he's stepped up in trip and his yard has been in good form this week. Fastnet Storm caught the eye on debut and stepped up on that form to win at Beverley next time. The third went on to win a Catterick nursery in the week and the Tadcaster raider should give a good account but the suspicion is that he's on a stiff enough mark. One Cool Kitty showed a little more last time and may improve for the extra furlong on offer here but the top two could be a cut above the opposition and it's time to side with The Dial House.
