      Verdict

      The progressive NAYEL won his handicap debut over a mile at Nottingham last week and breeding suggests there is more to come over longer trips. He is taken to defy a 6lb rise in the weights but Global Force has something to prove off his current mark having been well beaten on the Rowley course here back in May. Spirit Of The Law has decent claims back down in class and the unexposed Archie could go well if staying this longer trip. Martiniquaise and Calm Attitude have slipped back down the weights after recent modest efforts while My Reward has struggled so far this season and The Gay Cavalier has done all his winning on the all-weather so far.
