      Verdict

      Aidan O’Brien sends over MONDAY, who beat a horse rated 102 to land a Listed contest at Leopardstown earlier in the month. The first foal of Group 1 winner Ballydoyle, she looks the one to beat with further progress on the cards. Isabella Giles would prefer some cut in the ground having won the Prestige Stakes at Goodwood in soft going while Santosha attempts this longer trip for the first time having won the Princess Margaret at Ascot in July. Alba Rose and Nazuna have plenty to find on these terms though the latter represents last year’s winning yard.
