Verdict

JUMBY beat a couple of higher-rated rivals in a conditions race over 6f at Salisbury. He won over today’s trip as a two-year-old and another bold bid is expected under William Buick. The latter steered The Attorney to victory at Leicester two runs ago and Ryan Moore takes over on the latter but both Mystery Smiles and Fox Champion came up short in this grade last time and the former is now fitted with a visor. Corvair gets additional headgear as he steps up in class but Bravado represents last year’s winning yard so shouldn't be ignored.
