In depth
Verdict
WIZARD D'AMOUR has gone up 3lb for his victory at Catterick last week for which he has a 5lb penalty. Ho scored with plenty in hand and a quick double looks on the cards. Shine So Bright hasn't won since landing the Group 2 Sky Bet City Of York in 2019 but has been racing in stronger company and has to be a threat if ready after a break. Six-times winner Able Kane won twice at this level last summer and will be better for his run here a fortnight ago and though Another Batt disappointed at Musselburgh after a decent run in the Lincoln he's won eight times and is up to this class at his best. Lord Rapscallion is on a long losing run and only slowly coming down the weights.
