There is a massive turnout for this valuable prize as one might expect, but with John Gosden in such terrific form at present, Murfreesboro should make them all go, with the likes of Upper Hand, Brandywell Boy and Don't Dili Dali just three more in with claims. The Gosden stable picked up both of last week's major juvenile events with Nannina and Leo, and although Murfreesboro in not in the same league yet, the son of Bahamian Bounty showed a nice attitude when disposing of two subsequent winners at Redcar the time before last. He lost no caste in defeat when splitting useful pair City Of Troy and League Champion at Newbury next time, and although he drops back in trip, the assured fast pace will be in his favour. Mick Channon knows what it takes to lay one out for this type of event, and so Upper Hand must not be ruled out of a big run, while Brandywell Boy scored at Thirsk on his last start, and was a good third in the Weatherbys Super Sprint earlier. Don't Dili Dali has been very consistent, and along with Rubenstar is also worth a mention, but for the winner we return to Murfreesboro.
