REVERED sets the standard of those with experience although Free Grain's run was not without promise. There are a host of newcomers to bear in mind with Ajool and Fashion Insider amongst them. Juveniles from Freemason Lodge often benefit from their initial experience of racing and there was enough to like about the performance of the sister to Visit and Promising Lead at Salisbury. She has plenty to live up to but looks a nice sort for the future and could be a warm order. Free Grain also comes from a good family and stayed on well enough into midfield at the same venue but may be more of a prospect for next season rather than this. Ajool is one of many well bred prospects in the line-up with Cheerfully and Peaceful Soul a couple of names to throw into the mix along with Fashion Insider. Brian Meehan has won this race with a couple of 20-1 shots in recent years and he has an interesting, well related, American bred filly who fetched almost half a million dollars as a yearling. She's one of many to note but Revered sets the standard.
