Verdict
Kayley Woollacott had her first winner of the season last week and has an interesting contender in Sylvies Dance, not seen under Rules since March 2021 when runner-up in a Chepstow maiden hurdle for Paul Nicholls. Her only subsequent start came just 18 days ago in a point for Neil McLean when a close second, since when she's moved on to the Woollacott yard. She receives plenty of weight all round, on top of which Joshua Newman claims an extra 5lb. However, BASFORD arrives with far less question marks against his chance and can defy his penalty for a recent course and distance success which brought to an end a frustrating run of second places. He holds Kylenoe Dancer on that running, whilst Afta Party needs to put a very modest effort last time behind him.
