Verdict

Diligent has now won twice over hurdles as well as six times over fences. Cadeau D'Or won on the Flat but this looks a tough assignment having a first run for new connections. Geni De La Cour is another who has switched stables after winning a Clonmel maiden and he has more improving to do if he is to trouble KNAPPERS HILL, who has been very highly tried since winning his first two races over timber and will have found 2m4f on soft going last time too much of a stamina test.
