Verdict

Ultimate Getaway was a big disappointment on his hurdling debut at Southwell and was also a beaten favourite in a bumper here the time before. He is probably best watched again facing a couple of novices who have already shown a decent level of ability. BIT ON THE SIDE still has a bit to learn about jumping but she clearly has an engine and has improved markedly over the summer so can complete the hat-trick at the main expense of Ask Henry, who has already failed twice to defy a penalty. Noble Behest was clear of the rest when runner-up to previous winner Templepark here last month and has place claims again.
