Verdict

For the second year running this conditionals’ race has attracted a bumper entry though, again, it lacks strength-in-depth. Fontwell fourth VEXILLUM has claims if anywhere near his best and gets a tentative vote as Dream Free still has much to prove. Ladies Dancing has been beaten in sellers this summer but won at Stratford last time and has been successful around here in the past. Rocket Ronnie has gone close the last twice but is now 0-14 over timber and, along with Be Daring, is more exposed than Winter Spice. Heluvagood has had a wind operation since last seen in action but this going will almost certainly be too quick.
