It's a couple of years since Delphi Mountain showed any worthwhile form but Manger Hanagment won off a 2lb higher mark at Taunton in April and veteran Mibleu showed himself to be still capable at this level when scoring at Uttoxeter in June - he appears to have the beating of Bennys Quest on that run.
