In depth
Verdict
A 13 month absence from the track is of concern for Marc of Brilliance but Gary Moore can ready one after a break and, if retaining any of his old ability, the son of Sunday Silence should be too good for his rivals today, with the main dangers looking to be Kofi and Weet For Ever. The last mentioned has had little chance in his last two starts but has to be respected in such a poor contest. Benayoun has run creditably in two starts over hurdles and a market move for him would be of interest, while Gertie takes a drop in class but is hard to recommend on all known form. Kofi comes here fit from the flat and has to be considered but it is hard to get away from Marc of Brilliance, who is taken to make a winning return.
