      Verdict

STRATEGIC PLAN gets the selection here and should get the better of Benayoun and Troialini. The selection was a winner at Plumpton last time out after being dropped in grade and wearing first time eye-shield. He looks capable of building on that victory and the headgear should prove effective once more. His last victory came at the 13th time of asking but he was not fully extended and looks promising. Benayoun ran well on his seasonal return last time out and made the frame although he is already exposed at this level and will need to improve if he is to pose a real threat here. David Pipe's Troialini returned to the track after a break last time out and was largely disappointing after showing some encouragement just before his break. He should figure here though in fairly modest company. The rest will need to show some improvement though there are some interesting newcomers who will be worth watching. Not for the first time today the market may be worth a close look, but for our winner we stick with Strategic Plan.
